Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 89bd platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have agreed to all provisions stated herein.

1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

  • You are not on any exclusion list maintained by a recognised regulatory body.
  • You only have one (1) account only on the 89bd platform. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation.

3 Account, Security & Personal Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. 89bd provides multiple layers of security including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA); however, you are also required to play an active role in protecting your account.

  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your account, whether carried out by you or any other party who gains access to it.
  • Your account password must be strong, unique, and not shared with anyone, including family members.
  • If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
  • The personal information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension.
  • Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time for compliance purposes. Required documents include a national ID, passport, or equivalent official document.
  • One account per individual, per IP address, and per household. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

89bd supports a variety of payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are subject to the following policies:

  • All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same member's name. The use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed. This typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • 89bd reserves the right to request additional documents for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes before approving any withdrawal.
  • If any suspicious transaction activity is detected, 89bd reserves the right to suspend the transaction in question pending the outcome of an investigation.
  • 89bd does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or eWallet provider may impose their own charges.
5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 89bd subject to wagering requirements and the specified time period. It is important that you understand these conditions before accepting any bonus offer.

  • Each bonus carries different wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Please read the terms of each promotion before registering.
  • Welcome bonuses typically carry wagering requirements of between 20x to 35x bonus value, depending on the current promotion.
  • Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been fully met within the specified time period.
  • Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes within the 89bd platform and cannot be directly converted to cash.
  • 89bd reserves the right to void any bonus and wins derived from it if there is any indication of bonus abuse or fraud.
  • Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes fraud.
  • Promotions may be withdrawn or modified by 89bd at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding bonus awards are final.
6 General Game Rules

Platform 89bd offers a wide range of game categories including slots, Live Casino, sports betting, bingo, and card games. All games are subject to the following general rules:

  • All game results are final once a round or wager is completed. No complaints regarding game results will be accepted after a round has closed.
  • All slot games and table games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an accredited independent body. The fairness of every game is guaranteed.
  • In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the system will attempt to restore the round to its original state. If restoration is not possible, the bet will be returned to your account balance.
  • Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. These limits are subject to change at 89bd's discretion.
  • Winnings from free spins or demo games cannot be withdrawn unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Platform Abuse

  • Money laundering: The 89bd platform must not be used for any money laundering or illegal activity financing.
  • Identity fraud: Registering using another person's personal information or submitting false or altered KYC documents is strictly prohibited.
  • Bug exploitation: If you encounter any technical errors or bugs in the system, you must report them to customer support. Exploiting bugs for gain constitutes fraud.
  • Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts solely to repeatedly claim bonuses or using any other method to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited.
8 Account Termination & Suspension

89bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraud, hacking, use of malicious software, or any action that threatens the security of the platform.
  • Failure to provide the required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
  • Instructions from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Balances in inactive accounts will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of MYR 10 after this period.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance in your account will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, provided there are no active restrictions on the account.
9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 89bd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to our platform and services.

  • 89bd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
  • The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or viruses at all times.
  • In the event of a dispute regarding game results, the 89bd system records will serve as conclusive evidence. Our game logs are stored securely and accurately.
  • 89bd's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

89bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion.

  • Members will be notified of any material amendments via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
  • Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  • This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified under the 89bd operating licence.
  • If any dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration.
